Circular Chain (Cast Iron & Clay Pipes)

This Circular chain knocker is suitable for use in cast iron and clay pipes because it has hard metal tips fused to the individual chain links.

Perfect for the fast removal of hard incrustations such as urine scale, lime scale, cement or tile grout. The knocker is also well suited for removing pipe blockages caused by root intrusion.

By combining this chain with a drill head or one of the Mole tools, you will have the perfect tool to grind up a failed liner, or remove the excess of the cured liner that has been overshot.

The centrifugal force of the circular chain acts perpendicular to the axis over the full circumference of the pipe, so the chain is capable of cleaning damaged or delicate pipework.

In contrast to the conventional chain knocker, this prevents the pipe wall from being subjected to individual blows, and the chain works over the full circumference of the pipe on the pipe wall.

Sizes range for pipe diameters from 50mm (2”) to 200mm (8”)

This tool is made from stainless steel links, and mounts to an 8mm (5/16") ,10mm (3/8") & 12mm (1/2″) flexible shaft, with set screws depending on which size you choose.
